Every trek in this list starts in Cusco or the Sacred Valley. Pickups on the classic route run from 4:00 to 6:00 AM; the short and one-day treks leave early for the train to Km 104; Salkantay and Inca Jungle leave by road towards their own trailheads. All of them end the same way: Aguas Calientes, the bus to the citadel, the train to Ollantaytambo and a transfer to Cusco.
